Classically, the Alexander Technique is taught in one-on-one lessons. This allows the teacher to fully respond to the student’s individual circumstances, which enables a deep, individual learning process.
One lesson lasts between 30 and 60 minutes. When first starting out, regularity, e.g. lessons at weekly intervals, is recommended. Gradually, the student will acquire the ability to continue the learning process independently.
